Marc Bataillon is a fund manager and entrepeneur. After selling his Boston-based (USA) software company to the Bertelsmann Group, Mr Bataillon then specialized in fund management. He started this career with his own asset management company, Fincapital (Paris), where he managed more than $540 million in funds invested in European shares, then during his time at LOIM (London), the asset management subsidiary for the Lombard Odier bank, where he was in charge of European shares and managed over $1.1 billion, including in listed telecommunications companies. Marc Bataillon is a graduate of Harvard Business School and of ESSEC.
Frédéric Pelouze started his career as a lawyer for Bredin Prat in Paris where he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Mr Pelouze then specialized in litigation funding, creating the first French litigation fund, before creating a legal tech leader for passenger compensation in Europe. Frédéric Pelouze is a graduate of Columbia Law School (New York).
